The Operation Restore Vision (ORV) was the third team to be added to Operation International. ORV made their Median mission to Morocco in 2009 where the team performed the first cornea transplant in the history of Morocco. Shortly thereafter working closely with the local universities the team established the first cornea bank in Morocco. In 2019, Drs. Alexander Barash, Seth Meskin, Gaurang Trivedi, and Sushant Chafekar, took over the leadership of the team where they traveled to Rakai, Uganda to establish the first eye center there.
